Conscious Breath Casting (CBC)

Davinci Drawing

CBC or Conscious Breath Casting (also called Controlled Breath Casting) is a set of simple breathing techniques performed while fly casting or fishing that reduce casting fatigue and improve casting distance and accuracy.

It increases available oxygen in your blood system which improve your muscles endurance, memory, and responsiveness, while simultaneously increasing your mental relaxation and functional focus.

Neil started developing CDC in the mid 90's and started getting a lot of positive response to the system about 2005. He has continued to growing and developing it since them.

In 2017 Neil started taking CDC into therapeutic applications, most notably addiction recovery and Project Healing Waters which works with Military Vets with PTSD.
